FAQ's

Q: Who is best served by participating in the Equinox Endurance Camp?  Should you have an advanced racing background or can beginners participate?

A: If you want to improve your performance, you should definitely consider this camp…no matter what your current level.  If you are advanced, you most likely need to get away from all distractions, and focus on your training and recovery sessions, as well as renew your motivation.  If you are a beginner, you will likely need the same thing, but with a greater focus on technical skills.  Overall, this camp will allow you to devote necessary time to improving your abilities as an athlete, no matter what your level.

Q: Can you walk us through a typical day at the Equinox Endurance camp? What takes place?

A: Upon checking in, each athlete will experience personalized assessments, programs that help to increase your performance, a lunch lecture taught by an Olympic coach, and a personalized question and answer session with professional athletes Leanda Cave and Linsey Corbin. You will go through a swim and bike analysis as well as training modules focusing on strength, recovery and core.

Q: What should you bring?

A: Please bring:
- Athletic gear (you’re going to sweat, so bring several changes of clothes)
- Running shoes
- Cycling shoes (we support SPD and LOOK cleats) - but we have "baskets" that will support your running shoes
- Sport socks
- Swimsuit
- Goggles
- Swim cap (optional)
